As a user of the Site (referred to as "you/your"), you acknowledge that any use of the Site is subject to this privacy policy. We take privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information. What Information Do We Collect?

We may collect the domain name, IP address and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to the Site, the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit and information volunteered by visitors, such as survey information and/or Site registrations.

Where you provide us with any sensitive personal information (such as dietary or disability information) in connection with a booking for an event, we will only use this information in connection with the relevant event to serve your particular needs. We do not retain this information in our database.

Use of Personal Information

We use your personal information and other information collected from you to manage your registration, provide you with information that you request (e.g. conference papers, details of events etc.) and to improve the content of the Site and products/services you receive from us. Your personal information may also be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law. The use that such government entities and regulatory authorities make of your personal information is outside of our control and we do not accept any liability in this regard.

We take reasonable precautions on the Site to protect and maintain the security of your information. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked or open (as will be the case for most of the time that a user is browsing the web). Sale of the Business

In the event that our business is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our advisors and any prospective purchaser's advisors and will be passed to the new owners of the business.
